Photographers choose this tripod very rarely
Now as we analyse why wasn't it possible to get a full shadow of the balloon.Hope you will enjoy the output of the calories i spent in thinking abt the situation.
Firstly,as we ca see it is evening time and the sun is not overhead(if it were overhead,we wd get the shadow on the ground and not on a hill and that too only a big round image..)
So..there was not everest there which could b used as a screen for the whole shadow image of balloon..gottit!
But..but we have not discussed, that why this image is so eye-catching(as it made a very genius photo-critic to save it rightaway on the disk).
I guess it is giving a feeling that this balloon is invisible (without the hill screen) ,,half of the balloon is visible and the upper half is nowhwhere..thats why it is catching attention..
Plz write ur own reason in the comments, why this is cathing attention..see you.

yeah...the photo is very eye catching due to the reason that alok mentioned...the best part is , it gets you thinking!:)!...i took a second to actually figure out that it was a shadow of a balloon...it seemed more like an abyss to me(dont know why though!!)...second thought was that the balloon seemed to become invisible as alok mentioned it...third, the reason why the whole shadow cudnt be caught;if u observe the bottom of the photo,it is already covered in shade,so even if the shadow of the balloons bottom tip was just above the shade, the shadow wudnt have been complete...[i guess this is just another way of saying that there was no mount everest in the backdrop to hold the shadow:)]
